![]() Uninstalled Synapse then let windows install Plug and play drivers for them. ![]() Uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them Plugged the Naga into all the different USB ports (some 2.0 and some 3.0), including the side USB port on my blackwidow. The Blackwidow drivers install fine and the keyboard works (albeit after I login and Synapse has started, but that's a minor issue compared to this. Synapse does actually recognise a naga is connected, installs the driver (still can't move it at this point), then tells me to restart the computer - after restarting, the naga does not appear in Synapse. Reinstalled Synapse and reconnected all my razer devices to reinstall the drivers. Interestingly, my Blackwidow ultimate, which also wasn't connected during the upgrade, has installed fine, I can use it, and is recognised by Synapse. ![]() I followed the steps that razer gave for if Synapse doesn't recognise a device to no avail. I connected my naga (I think it's a 2012, honestly can't remember) today and Razer Synapse didn't recognise it. So I upgraded to windows 10 recently, however when I did that I had a different mouse connected.
